Gun Transfers
Firearms transfer are easy and cheap
Whether buying online from a web dealer, auction site or individual we can facilitate the transfer to you.
Traditional transfers (pistol, rifle, shotgun) are 20.00
price is per invoice, not per item.
When you checkout online most sites will already have us in the list with info on hand
simply choose Red State Gun and Pawn or zip code 74010. usually it will pop up
If it does not it is the responsibility of the dealer/person selling to you to request ffl information
it is not given out to customers.
Please have them contact us via email at ffl@redstatearms.com and we will trade info.
Also note the buyers name and contact information must be included with the shipment or it will not be able to be transferred until the sender updates information.
Once your item arrives we will verify all information and get it checked in. We will call you as soon as it is ready to be picked up. This one is kind of big.... do not take tracking delivery as readiness to pickup. Tracking information and availability are not the same thing. If you have not been called it is not ready. Generally it will be 24-48 hours after it arrives before it is ready, transfers are a service, and not our primary focus.

NFA Transfers
NFA transfers are similar but different.
NFA items refers to suppressors, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, transferable machine guns and a few other fun toys.
There is no such thing as a gun registry outside of commie states like california or new york. You can buy, sell, trade, loan, or give away a regular firearm. An NFA item is different, it is in fact registered specifically to you (or a trust) It must go thru an ATF transfer process when you buy it, and again if you choose to sell it. We can help with both ends.
There is a host of other rules which must be followed as well, but its not too bad and is well worth the hassle.
NFA transfers are 100.00
When you purchase your dealer will either already have, or will need to contact us for the appropriate information. Your sales dealer will have to form 3 the item to us before they can ship it. This process usually only takes a few days. Once the item has been transferred and arrives at the store we will contact you to come in and begin the process.
If this is your first time buying NFA we will guide you thru it. We can assist setting up your eforms account as well as taking your required photo and fingerprints. We scan and submit right in the shop. No sending you off to a kiosk or sheriffs office etc.
You can expect the in office setup time to be between 20-30 minutes, the approval process from when we submit the form until you are able to pick it up is generally running 2-10 days as of mid 2026. Though this is government paperwork and there are no guarantees.
